* The reconstruction of Knossos Palace made by A. Evans between 1899 and 1932, become a little excessive to me, and I could not totally enjoy this Ancient Monument due to the fakeness appearance. ** But not everything was negative in Knossos. Interesting constructions like the circular voids under ground level in the Western Court, or the flooring changes according to different functions were suggestive features. |
