| Like the concert hall, the golden color steel which is processed oxidization with fine unevenness is used. Compared with it of a concert hall, harmony with the marble simultaneously used as a surface is aimed at by lowering color a little here. The expression is less monotonous by using the steel of uniform coloring matter which is not the same color so that it may be a moderate mosaic. |

| The light inserted from a toplight which cut off the bowl form formed of FRP of milk yellow is very palely slow, and does not block the calm feeling of a library. From the soft substance nature and a curved surface form, FRP of the difference of a surface color which received the light of direct light is lost, and there is an impression from which itself became a light. |
